Integrated with a stainless steel Ultra shear beam load cell and used in conjunction with a stainless steel load cell junction box and weight indicator, an Applied Weighing solution is a robust and enduring solution.
Here, the Clevermount was recommended due to their intended mounting location and the nature of the application. Despite being exposed to the rigours of the operating process, the integrity of the weighing system will ensure a reliable and repeatable weighing performance.
To complete the system, the client elected to use Applied Weighing’s Status 290S weight indicator in order to provide both a visual readout for the benefit of site operators, and to interface with their PLC via a Profinet output.
