Intelligent Tank Weighing System
At 6.58am this morning, our ServiceDesk were contacted by a customer with production at stand still, due to a tank weigh system that had suddenly dropped in weight overnight.
With Applied Weighing’s Intelligent Junction Box & Target 260 installed, we were able to remotely support, collaborating with a production operator to identify and disable a faulty load cell and temporarily re-configuring the weighing system from a 4-cell to a 3-cell system.
Within 22 minutes, the customer was able to continue with production.
By 8am we had issued a quotation for a replacement part to be installed by one of our nationwide service engineers.
